The 2022 Crofton Cruisin’ Day Car show was held last Saturday with a near record crowd turned out for entries, spectators and drivers for the early afternoon event and award ceremony.

Winning Best in Show this year was Curtiss Jensen of Beresford, S.D., with his 1956 Nomad entry.

Vehicles in the many entry categories traveled from Yankton, Bloomfield, Beresford, S.D., Gayville, S.D, St. Helena, Brunswick, Fordyce, Mitchell, S.D., Pierce, Scotland, S.D., Hartington, Mission Hill, S.D., Sioux Falls, S.D., Meadow Groce, Clearwater, Newman Grove, Humphrey, Norfolk, Avoca, Minn., and Hot Springs, S.D., and, of course, Crofton.

There were 85 vehicle entries totaled this year, with 43 of those entries being new folks that had not entered the Crofton show before.
