They started their National History Day project in October of 2021 and advanced from the local, regional, and state levels to participate in nationals.

Crofton Legion Juniors hold a meeting on the mound during a timeout in the seventh inning in Scribner last Wednesday night, June 22 against Hooper-Scribner. The Juniors wanted to get their strategy right as they held onto an 8-7 lead at the time. They did just that and finished for the away win.

Crofton Legion Seniors started Roy Knapp on the mound this past Monday night at home against Hartington. Crofton took  the dramatic win, 9-6.  Ethan Tramp got a key hit for the Crofton Seniors in the see-saw battle that ended
