The Crofton Cross Country girls' team took the championship home from districts for the fourth year in a row, sending their team to state. The Crofton Warriors rolled to an 8-0 record after crushing the Wakefield Trojans on the road on Friday, October 13, 54-0. The Warriors were ready for the cold and rainy weather as they started the game strong with a three-and-out on defense and capping off a five-play drive with an 18-yard rushing touchdown, ran by #35 Jr. Wyatt Tramp.
